We believe our Artificial Turf products are some of the finest, most realistic looking in the industry. They have soft fibers and rich green colors. Instead of infill, we use a "thatch" to thicken up the feel of the turf so the blades are more inclined to stand up. We offer a green thatch and a tan thatch for the client that wants that most realistic look.

What is Infill for Artificial Turf?

In the old days, Artificial Turf wasn't very dense (kind of like shag carpet). So the industry created a way to help keep the blades standing up - infill. Basically they poured infill in the turf to keep the blades up.

There are 3 main types of infill used for Artificial Turf, they are:

  1. Silica Sand
  2. Rubber (recycled Tires)
  3. Plastic

The reality is, all of the infill products are bad for your turf, bad for your kids, bad for your pets... they are just not good for you or your property!
